- Navigate to the “Household” tab located at the bottom of your screen. Click “SmartChat” in the right hand corner
- Here you will see all of the residents of your home with their names and phone numbers (directly connected to the phone icon located next to their name)

- It will already create a group for the household to make chatting easy in case of any emergency or event.
- Customize your message to fit any situation, emergency, or simple check-ins. Use it for emergencies such as a fire-alarm going off and ensuring your family’s safety.
